Baker IDI Heart & Diabetes Institute and Elsevier take great pleasure in inviting you to the 2011 Asia Pacific Conference on the Metabolic Syndrome (APCMS).
The conference is themed "Meeting the cardio-metabolic challenges of the 21st century" and will take place at the Sydney Convention Centre in Sydney's beautiful Darling Harbour, Australia, 4-5 November 2011.
This second event is designed to bring together specialist clinicians, GPs, dieticians, nurses, public health practitioners and educators to work toward an integrated approach to improve the management and prevention of cardio-metabolic disease.
We expect over 350 attendees at this second staging of APCMS to engage in our comprehensive two-day programme. This will include a dynamic mix of renowned keynote speakers, informative sessions and workshops to support professional development.
The APCMS meeting is designed to be a highly engaging conference for delegates with a genuine interest in cardiovascular disease, diabetes and obesity. Providing an opportunity to network and share experiences.
